Ayurvedic Health Practitioner Training

As an Ayurvedic school founded by a Western Medical Physician, we offer a modern and comprehensive approach to this best-in-class training program. 

 

You’ll learn how to empower yourself, friends, family, and clients in your community to heal from the inside out, utilizing Ayurveda’s time-tested wisdom for optimal health and longevity.

The program consists of two 14-week terms, one 10-week term, which includes three intensives, and one practicum. A minimum of 50 Clinical Client Cases are part of the training reflecting our case-based, clinical approach to learning Ayurveda.

Term I: Fundamentals of Assessment & Ayurveda Nutrition Intensive

Term II: Fundamentals of Intervention & Ayurvedic Clinical Practice Intensive I

Term III: Fundamentals of Practice & Ayurvedic Clinical Practice Intensive II

All classes and Intensives are completed online. No travel required.

Enroll in the New World Ayurveda School self-paced home study course 

Home study classes begin 4 times a year:

September, January, April, and July

This option is a great choice if you prefer studying on your own or need more flexibility to study on your own time at your own pace when it is most convenient for you.

​

  • Learn via video recordings of the live classes

  • Stay on track with weekly live online student support sessions with faculty

  • Optional Student-faculty Conferences as needed

  • Take up to 12 months to complete the 9-month program.

  • 3-month extension available for an extra fee, if needed

  • Optional free Heart-based Meditation Training included

TUITION: $5995 paid in full or $6500 with a 15-month payment plan.

For me, the biggest strength of the NWA program was the use of case studies to see 'real world' examples of Ayurvedic treatment.
